Luxury short-term 4 Bedroom vacation rental home in Davenport, Orlando, Florida.
Welcome to your home away from home.
Our Villa is on Vista Loop in VistaPark, Florence Villa Grove Rd, Orlando 33897 just off US27 and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are en suite.
We are in a gated community, totally secured around the perimeter with automated gate codes.
ABOUT THE VILLA
DOWNSTAIRS
The downstairs of our villa is all open plan and all on the one level from the front driveway right through to our pool and deck at the back, so no steps at all.
Our front door and pool access are double doors so easy access.
The villa has a downstairs bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom across the hall.
You will find the kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and accessories.
In our spacious lounge, we have a large screen smart TV with built-in ‘Roku’ (fire stick) and child safety gates top and bottom of our staircase.
UPSTAIRS
We have 3 bedrooms all ensuite with shower, bath and “his and hers” sinks.
The 2 Master bedrooms have King beds, safes and Smart TVs, and we have made the single bed bedroom a “Mickey Mouse” themed room for the kids.
We have a large pool area with 25’ pool, “Lania” sun terrace canopy with 8 sun loungers, table and chairs.
A great size outdoor, “screened in” pool area with ceiling fans and canopy for shade whilst still being outside. We have also our child safety screen on the pool deck to help “YOU” protect your children.
Disneyworld, Universal, the shopping Outlets and some of Florida’s beautiful beaches are all close to the villa.

- Cleaning Fee – £145 once
- Booking Deposit – £300
- Security Bond Deposit – £300 – refunded on departure should there be no damages. We’ve not held this back from anyone to date.
